First, use your ultimate to suppress the enemy, then use your 2nd skill to drag the enemy towards your allies then also use your 1st skill to deal even more damage.
Use your basic attack to paralyze the enemy then use your 2nd skill to go near the enemy and then you can use your ultimate as well as your first skill.

Kaja’s Skills & Abilities

Passive Skill: Wrath Sanction	– Kaja Archives Warth Sanction every 6s. His next basic attack will send lightning at enemies, dealing magic damage equal to 100 (+100% total Magic power) plus 4% of the target’s max HP and Paralyzing them. The lightning will jump to enemies nearby as well (up to 3 times). – Increases damage by 200% of the target’s Max HP on Minions and Creeps. – Paralyze: slow enemy heroes and Suman while reducing their damage by 3% ( up to 8 stacks) for 5s.
1st Skill: Ring of Order	– Kaja releases Ringed Electric Blade that quickly expands and contracts, dealing 135 (+70% total magic power) magic damage to enemies hit on its way out and back and Paralyzing them. Enemies hit will also have their position revealed briefly. – Each time Electric Blade deals damage, he restores 100 HP (decays to 30% after multiple hits).
2nd Skill: Lightning Bomb	– Kaja dashes in the target direction while leaving 3 Lightning Bombs along the way. The bombs will explode upon enemy contact, dealing 150(+35% total magic power) magic damage to the Enemies and Paralyzing them.
3rd Skill: Divine Judgement	– Kaja deals 200 (+100% total magic power) magic damage to the designated enemy hero, suppresses and Paralyzes them for 1.5s. – During the suppression, he can drag the enemy hero along with him.
